Yoga & Triathlons

This morning I went to Fletcher Park to join in on Yoga in the Park...Sonya led a wonderful session in the cool morning mist! I felt so refreshed and ready to face the weekend!!!

This weekend GloryHound Events is promoting the Lake Logan Triathlons...today was the International Distance! Hope everyone had fun in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains!

Tomorrow is the Sprint Distance...if you want to try a 1st Tri this is the one!!! A short 500 meter swim, 12 mile bike course & a 5K run. All surprisingly flat for the mountains!!! Online registration is closed but you can show up Sunday morning and register:
